Shipping Policy (SkinEve)

Thanks for shopping with SkinEve. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 7 to 21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.

  • SkinEve is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier to request additional details

  3. Email us and we’ll help you review the next steps

SkinEve is not responsible for stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (product and packaging)

We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or solution.

International Orders, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery may also take longer due to customs processing.

Incorrect or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it. Additional shipping fees may apply.
